KADAI CHICKEN | 5-STAR RECIPE

Chicken Kadai is a famous recipe also known as Chicken KARAHI or GHOST KARAHI[ when prepared with goat or lamb], and is  a dish from south Indian subcontinent noted for its soicy taste, and is notable in Pakistan and north Indian cuisine.... Ingredients required for Kadai Chicken 1 kg chicken, washed, cleaned and cut into big pieces. 4 tbsp of oil. 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1 1/2 peeled and sliced tomatoes. 2 tbsp of fresh chopped coriander levaes. 1 tbsp of ginger paste. 1 tbsp of garlic paste. 4 tsp garam masala powder. 2 bay leaves. 4 whole red chilies. 2 tsp of coriander seeds. 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste. Making of KADAI CHICKEN Grind coriander seeds and whole red chilies into a coarse powder. Heat oil in a KADAI. Now add bay leaves to it.
