Chicken Kadai is a famous recipe also known as Chicken KARAHI or GHOST KARAHI[ when prepared with goat or lamb], and is a dish from south Indian subcontinent noted for its soicy taste, and is notable in Pakistan and north Indian cuisine.... Ingredients required for Kadai Chicken 1 kg chicken, washed, cleaned and cut into big pieces. 4 tbsp of oil. 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1 1/2 peeled and sliced tomatoes. 2 tbsp of fresh chopped coriander levaes. 1 tbsp of ginger paste. 1 tbsp of garlic paste. 4 tsp garam masala powder. 2 bay leaves. 4 whole red chilies. 2 tsp of coriander seeds. 1 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste. Making of KADAI CHICKEN Grind coriander seeds and whole red chilies into a coarse powder. Heat oil in a KADAI. Now add bay leaves to it. After about 30 sec, add onions and saute till they turn light golden brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste to it. Now saute for 2 mins by keeping the flame in medium.
